I would like a refund
My name is Yolanda Mack I will never order from this Company again I have emailed this company for about 6 times wanting to just simply get a refund back on the product which was Obvi Ellite . I can never get a correct answer , as far as the form to fill out to try to begin the process of getting a refund back I emailed this company to let someone know as far as the form I cannot submit request because I have to have the confirmation number to complete the form and I donot have that information on me because I deleted info after I received the order I am going back and forth with this company as far as getting a response to this matter at hand .
I have never had a problem such as this to get a refund . Once again I donot have an confirmation number to complete the requested form I cannot submit the info because it wont let me submit without the confirmation number.
I just want to return the product with the info I need to proceed so I can get my refund thats it thats all. Once again my email address is ymack1966@***.com My phone number is 901-502-**** My address is 1597 Sparkway East .
